Introducing KAHOBA COFFEE. We fell in love with this coffee that was purchased in a small batch unit, direct trade,  ethically sourced from a Single Estate from El Cibao, Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. Kahoba is medium roast, mild bodied and delicious in taste because of that we would love to share it with our coffee club community. 
 
What is Ka.Ho.Ba? We created a twist on words and based on our Taino ancestries and culture. The actual name is "Caoba" which means of a hardwood tree. Original word from the Spanish and Portuguese in reference for Mahogany. Mahogany is a tropical hardwood tree and timber that is highly value (like our new coffee)  for its natural beauty, longevity, and reddish-brown color just like our delicious coffee. 
 
Kahoba was chosen because of it beautiful taste (start to finish) it has a strong finish with very low acidity which resembles the name.
