SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is managed by a third-party service. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out for assistance. Keep in mind that with the holidays approaching, our manufacturing and warehouse facilities may experience higher demand, leading to delays in order fulfillment for the following reasons:

- The item is out of stock and needs to be sourced from the supplier (if the delay is only a few days, Print Providers may not notify us).

- The product did not meet post-production quality standards and requires reprinting to ensure quality.

- The order includes 12 or more items.

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns since these items are customized and handcrafted just for you. Thank you for your understanding!
